We are excited to share the following tentative schedule:

• 9:15 AM: Meet and greet at Parkplatz am Kahlenberg. In a relaxed cars-and-coffee style gathering, you'll have the opportunity to introduce yourself, enjoy some coffee and pastries, admire each other's cars, and review safety instructions and the planned route.

• 10:15 AM: Depart and start your engines! Follow the leader as we wind our way out of Vienna on scenic roads toward our first stop.

• Estimated arrival at Brunn am Gebirge: 11:15 AM: We'll take a short 30-minute break for refueling and coffee before continuing our journey.

• Estimated arrival at Schuberthütte Sattelbach: 12:10 PM: Enjoy a 1.5-hour lunch break filled with fun activities like trivia, contests, and entertainment. This is a great opportunity to relax, socialize, and have some fun before heading back to Vienna.

• Estimated arrival at Wienerwaldsee: 2:00 PM: A 45-minute coffee and refuel stop, including a photo shoot in front of the lake.

• Final leg back to Kahlenberg: Estimated arrival around 3:45 PM. We'll park our cars, distribute prizes, and enjoy a final beverage with a stunning view of Vienna as the sun sets.

• Event conclusion: We expect to finish by approximately 4:45 PM. However, you're welcome to stay longer—up to two additional hours—to enjoy the beautiful sunset and mingle with fellow enthusiasts at your leisure.
